AHMAD BIN ABU BAKAR
PRESIDENT DIRECTOR

Malaysian. He is a registered pharmacist in Malaysia. He graduated with Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm.Hons) from Bradford University, United Kingdom in 1993, and had spent one year as preliminary registration pharmacist at Bradford Royal Infirmary and Lipha Pharmaceutical Ltd, United Kingdom.

 

He has more than 25 years of pharmaceutical experiences and has worked in various fields of pharmacy namely retail & wholesale pharmacy, manufacturing, private hospital and parttime teaching for students pursuing to Diploma in Pharmacy.

 

He had been working with Pharmaniaga for 7 years prior to joining MPI. He was a Branch Manager / Deputy Senior Manager of Pharmaniaga Logistics Sdn Bhd (Northern Branch, Penang) whose responsibility was to run and manage the branch logistics and distribution operations to serve customers mainly in the 4 northern states of Peninsular Malaysia.

 

He was appointed as Director of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders based on the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolutions Number 49 dated 29 September 2011.

MOHAMAD FAZLY BIN HASSAN
FINANCE DIRECTOR

Malaysian and born in 1974. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Technology of MARA in 1998 and is a Chartered Accountant from the Malaysia Institute of Accountant.

 

Mr. Mohomad Fazly began his career in 2001 as an Auditor in Public Accountant Firm and in 2003 to 2007, he worked for ACP Industries Berhad with his last position as an Accountant and was assigned to New Delhi, India to assist the subsidiary there.

 

In 2007 Until 2014, he worked at the Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Sdn Berhad, a manufacturer of PROTON brand cars with his last position as Senior Manager, Group Reporting (Finance) before being assigned to a subsidiary in Indonesia. Mr. Mohamad Fazly had involved in several restructuring activities and was often assigned to assisting the Company's subsidiaries, including PROTON's subsidiary in England, Lotus Group International Limited.

 

Since 2014 until the last before joining PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk, he worked for PT Proton Edar Indonesia, a subsidiary company of PROTON located at Jakarta with his last position as Finance Director and the only a Director in the Company. Mr Mohamad Fazly is a sport enthusiast and participated in several marathon and ultra marathon events locally and overseas.
